City Center Lofts
Situated in the heart of Green Bay, Wisconsin, City Center Lofts is our flagship housing project that promotes social inclusivity. It offers 72 high-quality units that cater to individuals and families from all income levels. With its location and comprehensive support, City Center Lofts is set to make a impact on the lives of working people. Tenants will be welcomed into our first phase of units beginning August 30th.

City Center Lofts will be professionally managed and offer a number of on-site and partner amenities.
Natural Light
Through an innovative design, natural light will flood the entire building.
Extra Space
Hallways are extra wide with the option to add seating to encourage connection. Ceilings in units are 15-18' to accommodate lofts in most units.
Indoor Bike Storage
Tenants will be able to keep their bike in a secure, temperature-controlled space.
Full kitchen
All stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, range, oven, and microwave with solid-surface counters throughout.
Community Room
Connection is key to City Center Lofts. The Community Room will be the hub of activity for tenants.
Fitness Center
24-hour access to onsite fitness center in addition to full-service partner access to the YMCA.
Keyless Entry
Both exterior doors and interior units will be controlled by key cards/fobs, eliminating the need for keys.
Lofts
Nearly all units will maximize space with loft areas. Most lofts have a bedroom and space for an office/common usage.
Meal / Grocery Drop Off Zone
A number of spaces in the front of the building will be readily available to meal drop-off services such as uber eats.
Private Loading Dock and Freight Elevator
Moving in and out will be a breeze. The private loading dock will also serve as a way for tenants to enjoy weekly grocery delivery from our partner.
Washer and Dryer
For convenience of our tenants, a washer and dryer will be available in all units.
Outdoor Patio
Located off the Community Room, the outdoor patio will be spacious and feature a grilling area.
Mail Room
Staffed, secure delivery of mail and packages for all tenants located at the first floor office area.
