Here at Gateway, we create pathways to stable housing by providing quality apartments that people can truly afford. We not only combat social isolation by creating a supportive and caring community, but we also empower people to succeed by providing job training that results in effective employees, and education and tools that build strong financial foundations.
We champion resilient families by mentoring youth, especially those with absentee fathers, to help break the cycle of generational poverty. At Gateway, we also know that life can come with some unexpected challenges, so we will provide tools and resources to help our families navigate these difficult moments.

When you become a Monthly Donor, you’re investing in personal, intentional and uplifting support for community members at risk of housing instability.
Socially Inclusive Housing is about a personalized approach. Our onsite Community Resource Advocate will guide tenants to a number of community benefits including financial advisors, health and wellness providers, job coaching, spiritual connectedness, after-school / child care and more. Because data is important to us and our partners, we will regularly measure the impact of our programs and report those back to our stakeholders and community.
